HELLO,  VENOM FANS  well we had a great weekend if you missed it you missed a lot. First game ever for your TEXAS VENOM come with a win. They were hitting the ball and running the bases it was exciting. Jordan sarted us off with his pitching with Bryson and Kolton there to help with William and Langston catching every thing and the rest of the boys making those great fielding plays.

The score was 9 - 4.Over the DS Eagles. Oh did I tell you that was a 8pm game. Then 10am the next morning we got to play the  DV Knights now this team has played in other tournaments and we had our work cut out for us. Riley gave us some help at pitching with Big hits from Joshua and Matthew and Kolton and the running of Kevin , Bryson , with Jermaine out due to a flood Big Eric and Tristan showed they had some foot work as well. WE were there till the end with Joshua on thrid time ran out and we droped that game 8 - 7. What a game!!!!!!!!! Then came Sunday first a little church then the Tigers. What can I say they all did well every one of them with Riley at church praying for us and the boys how could we lose. Bryson throw a complete game and almost pulled off a shut out. Let me tell you some thing else in this game we found our big hitter and his name is ERIC MARTIN with a bases loaded thripple he led us to a 11-4 victory. Then to the semi finals were we faced the first seed Indians now let me tell you that this was a game of champions and our boys left nothing to chance they played hard all the way and had a good chance but came up short this time. We will get other chance at those guys. the Indians won 7 -4 . We give all the teams a big thank you for this great weekend and wish you all well for the season. THANKS to all our familys for letting us have fun playing baseball. THANKS to all the Coaches and the parents who help us out this weekend and to Josh and Marcy for taking the photos.
